Local workers are chosen by lottery, have agreed to make fair evaluations, may or may not be licensed contractors or local volunteers and have agreed to abide by state and county regulations. I am under no obligation to accept any quote presented and agree to hold har.mless the GVLDRF, Inc. for any conflicts arising from written or verbal agreements entered into between myself and the bidding parties. I also agree to hold harmless the GVLDRF, Inc. for any losses, injuries or general claims which may occur as the result of the aforementioned agreements.
